This page explains what data the webinkub.fr website collects, why, and on what legal basis.

Data controller

Maksym Ohorodnikov, sole trader, 72 rue de la Farandole, 13800 Istres, France. SIREN 934 557 190. Contact for any question about personal data: sales@webinkub.fr, +33 7 66 64 85 33.

Data collected

Through the form on the “Contact” page: name, e-mail, town or region, activity, website address and message. Only the name, the e-mail and the message are required; the other fields are optional.

The server’s technical logs contain the IP address and browser data: they are generated automatically and serve the security of the site.

If you consent to analytics cookies (see below), the site also collects browsing data: pages viewed, time spent, device and browser used, approximate location (country, city).

Purpose and legal basis

Data from the form is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box when you send the message. That consent can be withdrawn at any time by e-mail to the address above.

Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The legal basis is likewise your consent, given through the cookie banner. Without that consent, none of this data is collected.

Retention period

Correspondence and form data are kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and carry out any work that follows, then deleted. If work was carried out, the related documents are kept for the periods required by French accounting and tax rules.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics, up to a maximum of 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Recipients

Contact-form data is not passed to any third party and does not leave the European Union. Messages travel through the hosting provider’s mail server; the site is hosted on IONOS servers in France.

Analytics data, where you have consented to it, is passed to Google Ireland Limited and may be processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which governs that transfer. More information in Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

The use of cookies is described separately in the cookie policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure or the restriction of its processing, and you may withdraw your consent. Send any request to sales@webinkub.fr. If the reply does not satisfy you, you may contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
